ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL1
*1 On November 13, 2015, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) received an appeal petition from Rapid Rads, LLC (Appellant). The appeal stated that Appellant was challenging a determination by the SBA's Director of Government Contracting, finding Appellant did not meet the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVO SBC) eligibility criteria. On November 20, 2015, Appellant moved to withdraw its appeal.
*1 Appellant's motion is GRANTED. As there is no case or controversy to be decided, the appeal is DISMISSED. Matter of Dunbar Mechanical Contractors, SBA No. VET-248 (2015).
