SIZE APPEAL OF: INTEGRATED MISSION SUPPORT SERVICES, LLC, APPELLANT

*1 On January 28, 2016, Integrated Mission Support Services, LLC (Appellant) filed this appeal of Size Determination No. 6-2016-024 issued by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Government Contracting — Area VI (Area Office) finding that Appellant is not a small business for the procurement in question. On March 21, 2016, SBA moved to remand the matter to the Area Office, to permit the Area Office to render a new size determination. Appellant does not object to SBA's motion.

*1 SBA clearly wishes to reconsider its decision, and is, in effect, confessing error. As a matter of judicial economy, it is appropriate to give SBA the opportunity to reconsider its decision. E.g., Size Appeal of Newport Materials, LLC, SBA No. SIZ-5702 (2015). Accordingly, SBA's motion is GRANTED and the size determination is VACATED and REMANDED to the Area Office.
