*1 On August 9, 2016, Phoenix Management, Inc. (Appellant) filed an appeal of a determination by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Director of Government Contracting (D/GC) that it was not an eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVO SBC).

*1 On August 17, 2016, SBA and Appellant filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss the Appeal. SBA has agreed to rescind its status determination and review the material submitted by Appellant.
