*1 On November 9, 2016, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) received an appeal petition from MedPacs, LLC (Appellant). Appellant was challenging a determination, issued by the SBA's Director of Government Contracting, that Appellant does not meet the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern eligibility criteria. On November 29, 2016, Appellant moved to withdraw the appeal.
*1 Appellant's motion is GRANTED. As there is no case or controversy to be decided, the appeal is DISMISSED. Matter of Dunbar Mechanical Contractors, SBA No. VET-248 (2015).
