*1 On July 27, 2016, Laredo Technical Services, Inc. (Appellant) filed an appeal of a determination by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Director of Government Contracting (D/GC) dismissing the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVO SBC) status protest filed by Appellant against Watermark Risk Management International, LLC (WRMI). On August 2, 2016, Appellant notified OHA it was withdrawing its appeal. Appellant's withdrawal renders the appeal moot, as there is no longer a case or controversy for OHA to resolve.
