*1 On October 17, 2019, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Business Development issued a Notice of Termination from the 8(a) Business Development Program to Aide and Healthcare Staffing Solutions, LLC (Appellant). On November 29, 2019, Appellant filed the above-captioned appeal with SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals. On December 17, 2019, Appellant moved to withdraw its appeal.
