ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL1
*1 On July 6, 2017, ONVOI, LLC (Appellant) filed an appeal challenging the determination of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Director of Government Contracting that Appellant is not an eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern. On July 18, 2017, Appellant informed SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) that Appellant was withdrawing its appeal. Appellant's withdrawal renders the appeal moot, as there is no longer a case or controversy for OHA to resolve. Matter of MedPacs, LLC, SBA No. VET-260 (2016); Matter of Rapid Rads, LLC, SBA No. VET-251 (2015).
*1 Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED. This is the final decision of the U.S. Small Business Administration. 13 C.F.R. § 134.515(a).
