VSBC APPEAL OF: ELEVIVO, LLC, APPELLANT

*1 On January 8, 2024, Elevivo, LLC (Appellant) filed an appeal petition with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA), challenging the denial of its application for certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

*1 On January 16, 2024, I convened a settlement conference in this matter, pursuant to 13 C.F.R. § 134.216(b). After the settlement conference, I stayed this matter, pending the completion of corrective action. (Order to Stay 01.16.2024.) On February 7, 2024, Counsel for Appellant informed OHA that Appellant “received confirmation of its Veteran Small Business Certification on January 5, 2024, following the successful resubmission of the operating agreement” and confirmed “[t]he appeal is no longer needed now.” (E-mail from K. Snyder (Feb. 8, 2024).)
