APPEAL OF: GOVSPHERE, INC., APPELLANT

*1 On June 10, 2016, Govsphere, Inc. (Appellant) filed an appeal with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) challenging the award of a contract to Tonic Solutions in the captioned procurement. On June 14, 2016, Appellant notified OHA that Appellant was withdrawing its appeal.
