ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL1
*1 On December 18, 2019, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Government Contracting — Area VI issued Size Determination No. 06-2020-020, dismissing Top of the Line Services, LLC's (Appellant) size protest against Acuity-Exemplar JV because it was not an interested party in the relevant procurement. On December 23, 2019, Appellant filed the above-captioned appeal with SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals. On January 8, 2020, Appellant moved to withdraw its appeal.
*1 Appellant's motion is GRANTED. As there is no longer any case or controversy to be decided, the appeal is DISMISSED. See, e.g., Size Appeal of Three Cities Mgmt., LLC, SBA No. SIZ-6018 (2019); Size Appeal of Solution Guidance Corp., SBA No. SIZ-5958 (2018).
