*1 On May 11, 2015, California Green Information Technology (Appellant) filed an appeal of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and size standard assigned to the captioned solicitation. That same day, Appellant notified the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) that Appellant was withdrawing its appeal. Appellant's withdrawal renders the appeal moot, as there is no longer a case or controversy for OHA to resolve.
