§ 1307.1. Reporting of multiple licensure
Any licensed physical therapist or certified physical therapist assistant of this Commonwealth who is also licensed to practice physical therapy or certified as a physical therapist assistant in any other state, territory or country shall report this information to the board on the biennial registration application. Any disciplinary action taken in such other jurisdiction shall be reported to the board on the biennial registration application, or within 30 days of final disposition, whichever occurs sooner. Multiple licensure or certification shall be noted by the board on the physical therapist or physical therapist assistant's record, and such state, territory or country shall be notified by the board of any disciplinary actions taken against said physical therapist or physical therapist assistant in this Commonwealth.
