§ 1722-A.1. Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Fund
Currentness
(a) Fund established.--There is established a Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Fund within the State Treasury.
(b) Account established.--There is established within the fund a restricted receipts account to be known as the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Restricted Receipts Account.
(c) Distributions.--Except as provided under 3 Pa.C.S. §§ 9313 (relating to budget) and 9374 (relating to costs of enforcement of medication rules or regulations), and in accordance with section 1723-A.1, the department shall make distributions from the fund to each of the active and operating Category 1 licensees conducting live racing.
