§ 5860.604. Sales of property of quasi-public corporation
Where a claim becomes absolute and the property covered thereby is essential to the business of a quasi-public corporation, the bureau shall have the right of execution thereupon, as in cases of judgments, against such corporations. Upon the distribution of any fund realized by a sale of the franchises and the whole or any part of the property and assets of the corporation, the court shall determine the actual value of the property bound by the tax claim and the claim shall be preferred with other like claims to the extent of the value of the property thus determined.
