T. 35 P.S., Ch. 6, Refs & Annos
Purdon's Pennsylvania Statutes and Consolidated StatutesTitle 35 P.S. Health and Safety
T. 35 P.S., Ch. 6, Refs & Annos
Footnotes
The 1970, 1990, and 1994 versions of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, while different, are similar in many of their provisions. The acts of the adopting jurisdictions will, therefore, generally contain many provisions common to all of those versions. Thus, it is often difficult to say with certitude that a jurisdiction has adopted one version of the act rather than another. For that reason, all jurisdictions adopting the Uniform Controlled Substances Act will be carried in an identical table found at the beginning of each of the versions of the act.
Note that Arkansas has adopted and retains the major provisions of both the Uniform Narcotic Drug Act and the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
