§ 8291. Enforcement; regulations
The department is hereby charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this article and it is hereby authorized to promulgate regulations relating to the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this article. The violation of a regulation promulgated under the authority of this article shall be considered to be a violation of the article.
