§ 3851. Exchange of coupon for registered bonds
The governor, auditor general and state treasurer are hereby authorized to receive the coupon bonds of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and issue therefor registered bonds, payable at the same time, and bearing the same rate of interest, as the coupon bonds thus received.
