§ 3152. Penalty for violation of act
Currentness
Any person convicted of violating the provisions of the preceding sections,1 shall be fined in a sum not less than fifty, nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense; one-half to be paid to the county treasurer for the use of the Commonwealth, and the other half to the person or persons who shall prosecute such offender.
