§ 41k-1. Arbitration of complaints; maximum amount
Upon agreement, in writing, by the parties in dispute, the department may render arbitration services covering complaints wherein the amount claimed, exclusive of any sum not in dispute, does not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). The department may require full settlement of the undisputed amount as a prerequisite to rendering such arbitration services.
