§ 3483. Appropriations to certain institutions prohibited
From and after the passage of this act, no appropriation shall be made by the General Assembly, for any purpose whatsoever, to any unincorporated charitable, reformatory, or correctional institution of this Commonwealth, formed, organized, or established after the date of the passage of this act; and it shall be unlawful for the Auditor General to draw any warrant, for any sum whatsoever, in favor of any such unincorporated association, and it shall also be unlawful for the State Treasurer to pay any warrant payable thereto.
