§ 5691. Partial invalidity
Currentness
The provisions of this act are severable, and if any provision thereof is held to be unconstitutional, the decision so holding shall not be construed to affect or impair any other provision of this act. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Legislature that this act would have been adopted had such unconstitutional provision not been included therein.
