§ 2400.704. Suspensions and revocations
Currentness
Disciplinary action shall be imposed only by majority vote of the members of the board after a hearing. An action of the board shall be taken subject to the right of notice, hearing and adjudication and the right of appeal, in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. (relating to administrative law and procedure). The board, by majority action, may reissue a license which has been suspended. If a license has been revoked, the board shall reissue a license only in accordance with section 706.1
