§ 1313. Appropriation
The sum of $10,000,0001 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture from the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization Fund for the purposes set forth in this act. The appropriation made hereby shall be a continuing appropriation.

Footnotes
Pursuant to 3 P.S. § 1915, $535,000 of this appropriation is repealed, with said amount lapsing into the General Fund for appropriation pursuant to 3 P.S. § 1914 to carry out the provisions of the Farm Safety and Occupational Health Act and to administer the Dairy Management and Profitability Program.
