§ 1113. License suspensions, revocations
Any license may be revoked, suspended or modified if the board finds, after due notice to the licensee and a hearing thereon, that the licensee has failed or refused to comply with any of the provisions of this act. The proceedings herein referred to shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the act of June 4, 1945 (P.L. 1388),1 known as the “Administrative Agency Law,” and the board shall have all the powers granted therein.
