§ 147. Refusal to sell oil to Secretary of Agriculture
Any person refusing to sell any oil to the Secretary of Agriculture or his agent, or agents, or in any way interfering with the enforcement of the act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, together with the cost of prosecution.
