§ 2400.503. Crane operators in other states, territories or Dominion of Canada
Currentness
The board may issue a license to an individual who has licensure or its equivalent as a crane operator in any other state or territory of the United States or the Dominion of Canada, if all of the following requirements are met:
(1) The individual is currently certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators.
(2) The individual meets the requirements set forth in section 502.1
(3) The individual pays the required fee.
