§ 5572.9. Other persons who may take advantage of act
Any taxpayer who, on the effective date of this act, is making payments on delinquent taxes under any of the acts referred to in section eight,1 and any taxpayer who has made any payment or payments under any of the said acts, but who defaulted in any payment required by such act, may secure the benefits of this act by making payments on the balance due on all taxes covered by this act, whether or not covered by the abatement act under which he was previously making payments.
