§ 1117. Repeal
The act of November 9, 1965 (P.L. 677), entitled “An act prohibiting certain weather modification activities whenever the county commissioners shall adopt a resolution stating that such action is detrimental to the welfare of the county, and providing penalties,” is repealed.
