§ 16a. Payments to associations failing to file statement in time
The payments herein required to be made to associations, whose statements for the years one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three and one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four were not filed in time, shall be made from moneys appropriated for the two fiscal years beginning June first one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five for aid to agricultural associations in accordance with law.
