§ 132-13. Penalties
(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this act or the rules and regulations issued thereunder, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $300 for the first violation, and not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 for subsequent violations. In all prosecutions under this act involving the composition of a lot of agricultural liming materials, a certified copy of the official analysis signed by the secretary shall be accepted as prima facie evidence of the composition.
