§ 146. Enforcement of act; disposition of fines
Currentness
It shall be the duty of the Secretary of Agriculture to cause the provisions of this act to be enforced. All fines recovered in pursuance of this act shall be paid to, or to the order of, the Secretary of Agriculture, and by him paid into the State Treasury.
