§ 257.7. Enforcement
Currentness
The Secretary of Agriculture, in cooperation with the Department of Environmental Resources1 and law enforcement agencies, shall enforce the provisions of this act. The Secretary of Agriculture shall make such rules and regulations as he deems necessary for the enforcement of this act.

Credits
