§ 802-G. Authorization
Currentness
In order to generate additional revenues for the purpose of assuring that medical assistance recipients have access to hospital services, the department shall implement a monetary assessment, known as the Quality Care Assessment, on each covered hospital subject to the conditions and requirements specified in this article, including section 813-G.1
