§ 6137. Execution and acknowledgment of deed
After such sale as aforesaid, the said commissioners shall have full power to make and execute a deed or deeds of conveyance to the purchaser or purchasers, in fee simple, and such deeds, after being acknowledged before a justice of the peace of the proper county, are hereby declared to be good and valid, to all intents and purposes, for such title as said commissioners had a right to convey.
