§ 2145. Payment of tax by counties
It shall be lawful for any county of this Commonwealth, in addition to the rate of interest which is now or may hereafter be fixed by law, to pay any State tax levied or assessed against any bonds said county may hereafter issue for the purpose of permanently improving, under existing law, any public road or highway in said county.
