§ 602. Insurance Commissioner to collect fees, fines and penalties
The Insurance Commissioner shall continue to collect all fines and penalties, which he is now authorized to impose and collect, and all license and other fees which he is authorized by law to collect from persons, associations, and corporations, subject to the jurisdiction of the Insurance Department, but the Department of Revenue shall assign to the Insurance Department an agent, or designate an employe of the Insurance Department as its agent, for the purpose of receiving all such fees, fines, and penalties.
