§ 3564c. Townships not relieved from liabilities under contracts made prior to January 1, 1936
Nothing in this act shall be construed to relieve any of the second-class townships from any obligation they may have incurred under any contract or agreement entered into prior to January first, one thousand nine hundred thirty-six, for the construction or repair of any highway or structure now under their jurisdiction.
