§ 3423. Appropriations; lapse of unexpended balances
All unexpended or unencumbered balances of appropriations made from the General Fund of the State Treasury by the General Assembly, at the session thereof held in the year one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, or at any session prior thereto, which shall remain unexpended or unencumbered on the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, shall lapse upon that date.
