§ 4661. Approval of warrants, contracts, etc., by Governor
Hereafter the Governor of the Commonwealth shall not be required to approve any warrant, voucher, or claim, for the expenditure of public moneys; nor shall he be required to approve any account, agreement, or contract, to which the Commonwealth is a party, except such contracts as require his approval under section twelve, article three of the Constitution.
