§ 5860.625. Purpose
It is the intent of this subarticle to establish a procedure to minimize the number of properties which the county, through the tax claim bureau, holds because of delinquent tax claims, recognizing that some properties have little or no value except perhaps to a neighboring property owner and that holding such properties constitutes a cost to the county and bureau.
