§ 213-A. License for cigarette vending machines; names of owner and operator
Currentness
Each cigarette vending machine shall have a current license which shall be conspicuously and visibly placed on the machine. There shall be conspicuously and visibly placed on every cigarette vending machine the name and address of the owner and the name and address of the operator.
