§ 4511. Interim grants for mental health and intellectual disability services
(a) From State and Federal funds, the department may make grants to any county, or combination of counties, or to any facility for all or part of the cost of services designed to carry out the provisions of article III of this act.1
(b) Such grants, whose amounts shall be calculated in accordance with a formula to be determined by the department, shall terminate with respect to a particular county, or combination of counties, on the approval of the initial plan for a mental health and intellectual disability program or on the deadline for the establishment of all such programs, as provided in section 512,2 whichever is earlier.
