§ 5534. Penalty
Currentness
Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to an imprisonment not exceeding three (3) months, or to pay a fine not exceeding five hundred ($500) dollars, or both, at the discretion of the court.
