§ 28. Reward may be presumed
Currentness
In any prosecution under this act, any person, partnership, association, or corporation, who or which performs or commits any of the acts set forth in sections 2 and 3,1 shall be presumed to do so for a fee, compensation, valuable consideration, or reward.
