§ 1301.22. Election to take payment or delivery
The State Treasurer may decline to receive any item of property reported, in which event the holder thereof shall be discharged of any liability to the Commonwealth with respect thereto. Unless the holder of the property is notified to the contrary within ninety (90) days after filing the report required under section 1301.11,1 the State Treasurer shall be deemed to have elected to receive the custody of the property.
