§ 6188. License to peddle in cities; committee to investigate
The mayor of any city in this Commonwealth may appoint a committee of three persons, each of whom shall be an honorably discharged soldier, sailor, or marine of the military or naval service of the United States, who shall investigate the claims of any applicant for a permit or license to peddle in such city when such applicant claims to be entitled to such permit or license on the grounds of being an honorably discharged soldier, sailor, or marine.
