§ 1801. Application of chapter
Currentness
This chapter shall apply to, and the word “institution” in this chapter shall mean, a bank, a stock savings bank, a bank and trust company and a trust company for the purpose of all of the provisions of this chapter and also a mutual savings bank and a private bank for the purpose of sections 1808 and 18091 of this chapter.
