§ 1410. Bonds
Each officer and employe and any director or trustee who is authorized to handle money or negotiable assets on behalf of the institution shall be bonded and the institution may pay the cost of such bond. The form, amount and surety of such bonds shall be such as is approved by the board of directors or trustees but the department may require an additional amount or new or additional surety.
