§ 512. Deposits of excess cash
Currentness
A savings bank shall deposit in depositories selected pursuant to section 6101 its excess cash over and above the aggregate of cash needed for its current operations and vault cash held as part of its required reserve fund until such time as such excess cash can be judiciously invested pursuant to this act.
