§ 2506. Indebtedness
Currentness
The county commissioners may issue bonds, in accordance with 53 Pa.C.S. Pt. VII Subpt. B (relating to indebtedness and borrowing),1 for the purpose of acquiring lands or buildings for recreation places and for the construction, extension, enlargement, alteration or equipment thereof.
